HypnoBirthing Class Schedule & Registration

This course will prepare the pregnant person and partner (if attending) release anxiety and fear, replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts, relax the body and empower the mind for labor, educate the pregnant person and partner of the childbirth process, lean into the body’s instinctual response, and anticipate labor and birth with a calm confidence.

Online classes use Zoom.

In person classes are held at 3545 Chain Bridge Rd #206, Fairfax, VA 22030.

*February/March 5 class dates: Feb 11, 18, Mar 4, 11, 25 Time: 6:30-9:00pm Cost: $425 (partner and materials included in fee)

To register, please call or email Lisa with the class session you would like to join. Classes are $375/couple. A $100 deposit will order your materials and hold your slot.
